ハイペース~優駿牝馬回顧
例年3ハロン目から13秒前後に弛むラップを刻んでいたレースだったが､昨年は前半に11秒台が並ぶ展開になった｡そして今年も、 昨年ほど速くはないが弛む所もない淡々とした流れになった｡
勝ったのはローブデコルテ。桜花賞、最速上がりで4着から見事に巻き返した｡直線抜け出そうとしたところで両側から挟まれる形になり、 一旦下げて建て直すロスがあったが､ちょうど後ろから来た馬と合わせると更に伸びて見せた｡
2着はベッラレイア。好スタートから好位へつけるこれまでよりも積極的な競馬。直線残り300mあたりで先に抜け出したが､ 前半速い流れを追走したためか、1頭だけになってしまったためか最後止まってハナだけ差された｡
レースのラップは前半1000m通過59.1、後半1000m60.7。前半3F35.2、上がり3F35.8。やや前傾ラップで、 力勝負の好レースだったといえる｡特に2着ベッラレイアは最後差されたとはいえ、先行勢が伸びを欠く中、1頭だけ抜け出してきた。 1番人気を背負い、後方で脚を溜めるリスクをとりづらかった事情もあるかもしれないが､今回こういうレースが出来たことは収穫だろう｡ 今後も注目だ。
秋山Jの心中は察するに余りあるが、今回好騎乗でG1初連対。今後チャンスも増えるのでは？
